Occasions affords a breathtaking view of the pacific ocean hosting special event and weddings. Chef Jeff created a special German inspired menu that included Wurst, Chicken Cordon Blue, Bavarian Potato Salad, and German Red Cabbage. ICES had a special guest speaker from Sam Adams

Brewery that spoke about the history of the company and enlightened the crowd with beer facts and information as well conducting a tasting. It was a great time had by all. Jeff the Silent Chef Catering and staff were honored to be a part of this great evening.

Orange County Wedding Catering at The McCharles House in Tustin for Jon & Lindsay

Jon and Lindsay wanted an outdoor garden wedding. They picked the perfect venue The McCharles House a classic Victorian home in Tustin. Audrey and Vivian the mother daughter team that own McChales House call themselves ”connoisseurs of graciousness” a very fitting title for them. The ceremony was officiated by Todd Rodarmel and took place in the gazebo that was personaly donated by Walt Disney.

Jeff the Silent Chef catered tray passed appetizers for the cocktail hour that included chicken parmesan stuffed mushrooms, sun-dried tomato baby mozzarella skewers, and papaya-mango pacific shrimp chutney.

The reception took place in the garden with centerpieces by Sussanna of French Buckets they looked amazing. The personalized buffet included creme brie and apple stuffed chicken, rosemary incrusted flank steak, garlic mashed potatoes, and sautéed asparagus w/canalized onions and red bell peppers.Then it was time for the unforgettable wedding cake designed by It’s all about the Cake . Jon and Lindsay wowed their guest with an incredible dance number they been practicing for months. This wedding was definitely a perfect “10″ that was all captured by Mike D’Avello photography

Rancho Capistrano Catering for Mandie & Jeff

Mandi and Jeff had relocated to Colorado during the planning of the wedding in Orange County. They wanted to keep it close to most of their family and friends. They picked Rancho Capistrano to be the stage for the ceremony and the reception. The menu for the cocktail hour was an International Cheese display, elaborate fruit, and cured meats.
Jeff the Silent Chef then went to work on the seated dinner of Creme Brie & Apple Stuffed Chicken and Rosemary Crusted Flank Steak with Roasted Garlic Mash Potatoes. Tricia Barr did a magical job with the flowers! The happy couple and all danced the night away with music and talent from James Loram The crew at Rancho Capistrano were a pleasure to work with Thank you, Jose, Mary Ann, and Chelsea.
