The close family and friends enjoyed tray passed appetizers that included Chicken Satays, Miniature Crab Cakes, and Grilled Shrimp Mango & Papaya Croutons. Captain Morgan himself greeted everyone with a signature Rum Punch and tended to the Rum Bar. Dinner included Rosemary Encrusted Jamaican Jerk Flank Steak and Caribbean Mango Stuffed Chicken with Coconut Rice. The last course was dessert that included Strawberry & Chocolate Chip Creme Brulee and the Dark Chocolate Mousse w/ White Chocolate Anglaise center. The evening proved to be a great way to new family members to meet and celebrate the engagement.

Sandra and Bill the owners of the Bed & Breakfast attended the breakfast and were on hand to talk about the history of the B&B and give tours of the property. Sandra also personally arranged the flower centerpieces for the mixer. It was a very fun and great meeting for all who attended.
