The ocean view added to the nautical theme for Amanda and Will’s engagement party in Laguna Beach, CA.   Jeff the Silent Chef Catering  www.jeffthesilentchef.com  partnered once again with Elite OC Productions www.eliteocproductions.com to execute another incredible event .  The close family and friends enjoyed tray passed appetizers that included Chicken Satays, Miniature Crab Cakes, and Grilled Shrimp Mango & Papaya Croutons.  Captain Morgan himself greeted everyone with a signature Rum Punch and tended to the Rum Bar.  Dinner included Rosemary Encrusted Jamaican Jerk Flank Steak and Caribbean Mango Stuffed Chicken with  Coconut Rice.  The last course was dessert that included Strawberry & Chocolate Chip Creme Brulee and the Dark Chocolate Mousse w/ White Chocolate Anglaise center.  The evening proved to be a great way to new family members to meet and celebrate the engagement.

 Jeff the Silent Chef Catering participated as an exhibitor at Expo Bridal Show www.expobridal.com in Newport Beach, CA.  Hundreds of brides and grooms came to see and meet elite wedding professionals at the the beautiful Hyatt Regency Newport Beach www.newportbeach.hyatt.com   Brides had the opportunity to meet Chef Jeff and try his signature Strawberry & Chocolate Chip Creme Brulee and Raspberry Cheesecake Bites.  Jeff and his team were informed that they showcased an amazing booth and did receive several complement’s from the attendees and the shows organizer.  It was a great way for all to get familiarized with one another.

Orange County Yacht Catering on Paradiso at the Newport Beach Boat Show

It is always an great adventure for Jeff the Silent Chef www.jeffthesilentchef.com to cater on a boat.  It was a good time had by all at the Newport Beach Boat Show www.newportboatshow.com with appetizers and champagne.  The menu included Miniature Crab Cakes, Smoked Salmon Mousse Cucumber Roll, Sun Dried Tomato Goat Cheese Crostini, Grilled Shrimp Mango-Papaya Chutney Crouton, and the Ocean on Ice – Jumbo Shrimp and Crab Claws to name a few.  

Paradiso www.paradisoyachtcharters.com  is the perfect setting for an unforgettable, romantic wedding or social gathering.  The yacht’s open-air upper deck or the foredeck can be transformed into a beautiful ceremony spot. The upper deck or main salon can be set up for a gorgeous dinner reception. Orange County Wedding Catering at The McCharles House in Tustin for Jon & Lindsay

Jon and Lindsay wanted an outdoor garden wedding. They picked the perfect venue The McCharles House www.mccharleshouse.com a classic Victorian home in Tustin. Audrey and Vivian the mother daughter team that own McChales House call themselves ”connoisseurs of graciousness” a very fitting title for them. The ceremony was officiated by Todd Rodarmel www.ocweddingguy.com and took place in the gazebo that was personaly donated by Walt Disney.

Jeff the Silent Chef www.jeffthesilentchef.com catered tray passed appetizers for the cocktail hour that included chicken parmesan stuffed mushrooms, sun-dried tomato baby mozzarella skewers, and papaya-mango pacific shrimp chutney.

The reception took place in the garden with centerpieces by Sussanna of French Buckets www.frenchbuckets.com they looked amazing. The personalized buffet included creme brie and apple stuffed chicken, rosemary incrusted flank steak, garlic mashed potatoes, and sautéed asparagus w/canalized onions and red bell peppers.Then it was time for the unforgettable wedding cake designed by It’s all about the Cake www.itsallaboutthecake.com . Jon and Lindsay wowed their guest with an incredible dance number they been practicing for months. Rancho Capistrano Catering for Mandie & Jeff

Mandi and Jeff had relocated to Colorado during the planning of the wedding in Orange County. They wanted to keep it close to most of their family and friends. They picked Rancho Capistrano to be the stage for the ceremony and the reception. The menu for the cocktail hour was an International Cheese display, elaborate fruit, and cured meats.
Jeff the Silent Chef www.silentchefjeff.com then went to work on the seated dinner of Creme Brie & Apple Stuffed Chicken and Rosemary Crusted Flank Steak with Roasted Garlic Mash Potatoes.
