Dinners - From Oven to Table...

This new concept is designed to provide the perfect gourmet dinner to your friends and family, in which to celebrate a special occasion or just to enjoy personal conversation. Where all you have to do is take the gourmet dinner from the oven right to the dinner table, within an hour. The dinner is actually prepared by a professional chef and assembled in a gourmet stoneware dish that is oven safe but still will look elegant on your dinner table, without having to dirty a single dish of yours.

Choose an entrée, vegetable, and dessert of your choice.
Dinners available for 2, 4, 6, or 8 persons.
A $45 fee for GOURMET STONEWARE will be added and is refundable if returned.

A paprika dusted chicken breast surrounds a delectable filling of crème brie, Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, sliced apples and cranberries.
Served with a Marsala Wine Reduction Sauce

Breast of chicken filled with mango chutney, plump cranberries, red and green bell peppers.

Chicken breast hand wrapped w/sliced prosciutto, swiss and american cheese, and a savory puree of sage rosemary and garlic topped w/parmesan cheese. Served with a Marsala Wine Reduction Sauce

8oz beef tenderloin select center cut sirloin fillet w/a port wine reduction sauce

Snapper that is lightly breaded with kalamata olives, tomatoes, and basil, then layered with a wild mushroom cream sauce.

Lightly breaded sole with shaved almonds, lemon zest and chives topped with a zesty orange sauce.

Garlic jumbo shrimp on rosemary skewers marinated and topped with a spicy szechuan sauce

Homemade lasagna layered with breaded eggplant, parmesan, mozzarella, and gruyere cheese, then smothered in our own special basil marinara sauce and topped with a béchamel sauce.

EP02 MANICOTTI PRIMERAVERA
(Includes one vegetable and one dessert)

Manicotti primavera is filled with ricotta cheese and a mixture of broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, and red peppers in a basil pesto marinara sauce,  topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
EP03 JUMBO STUFFED SHELLS
(Includes one vegetable and one dessert)

Jumbo shells are stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese then smothered in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce, topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Rustic apple galette is our handcrafted apple tart w/a flaky French puff pastry and layered w/fresh, ripe apples and topped w/my homemade blueberry sauce.

DE01 UPTOWN NY CHEESECAKE
This cheesecake is creamy and smooth with the velvet tang of cheese, topped with fresh raspberries and a raspberry sauce.

DE03 CHOCOLATE PYRAMID ANGLAISE
Upon a layer of dark chocolate cake, dark chocolate mousse surrounds a soft  white chocolate anglaise center, finished with dark and white chocolate
sauces.
DE04 MOLTEN CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE
Served wickedly warm, this dark chocolate cake unleashes a rush of molten  chocolate truffle sauce when hitting the center.
