San Clemente Award Program Honors the Achievement
SAN CLEMENTE June 4, 2015 — Jeff the Silent Chef has been selected for the 2015 Best of San Clemente Award in the Caterers category by the San Clemente Award Program.
Each year, the San Clemente Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the San Clemente area a great place to live, work and play.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2015 San Clemente Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the San Clemente Award Program and data provided by third parties.

My parents recently had their 60th wedding anniversary and Jeff, Eddie and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job from the initial contact, the planning, the truly memorable event and even the clean up. My sister has been in the catering business on the east coast for 30+ years and she made it a point to say how impressed she was with the food, the presentation and especially the originality.
My wife, Linda, and I just wanted to say THANK YOU for preparing an absolutely fantastic “Oven to Table” dinner for our dinner party last evening. Everything – the appetizer, entree, vegetable dish and desert – were excellent. Thanks to your innovative packaging, beautiful serving platters, and fool-proof instructions it was easy to serve and even easier to clean up. It made entertaining extremely relaxing!

Hi! I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say that you and your staff provided a wonderful time for the Sharp’s and their guests. You all were professional, very friendly and attentive. The food was awesome and I received many compliments from our guests. Many guests came up to me and asked me to send them your information so I believe that is a compliment within itself. Knowing that he had an extensive background working with one of Orange County’s top culinary arts kitchens at the Ritz Carlton I did not hesitate to put Jeff to the task of creating a menu and serving a dinner that still has my friends talking.
From the discussion of the menu to the purchasing of the finest available ingredients (and within budget!), Jeff showed me and my many friends that a rather simple kitchen could create some of the most fantastic food…and a great evening for all who were in attendance. I was nothing less than duly impressed…from the appetizer and salad to dessert…and everything in between.
As a result of that successful evening, I have personally recommended Jeff to several of my friends and family and introduced him to the Orange County Concierge Association (of which I was President at the time) who cater to the world’s most discerning travelers. My wife and I purchased Chef Jeff’s Steak Dinner, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Chocolate Volcano Desert for our function. I wanted to send a quick note to let you know what a HUGE success our dinner was! Our guest raved at the quality of the Steak and the presentation at the table was first class. We decided to include the sautéed asparagus as a veggie to compliment Chef Jeff’s entrees. The time in the oven was perfect and the steaks came out just perfect. We went right from the refrigerator to the table in less than hour. Just enough time for a cocktail and social period before dinner! The desert was incredible also, absolutely gourmet and very tasty!!!! Thank you very much for providing an excellent gourmet experience for our party with a minimal amount of fuss.
